Let us introduce to you our owner Tim Jordan. Tim grew up in Orange County, California. Tim’s love for cars started at 3 years old. His parents would have him, and his brother Stephen take daily naps. At the end of each week whichever boy went to sleep first the most times during the week would be given a small toy car. He called them “puppies”. The purchase of his first automobile was a 1956 Chrysler Crown Imperial.
Although he loved cars, he was also passionate about construction, mainly due to his father being in the construction industry. He started as a construction carpenter apprentice in 1968. This passion bloomed into a 50+ year career where he, with his partner, started a successful barrier rail company. You can see their work on many streets and freeways throughout California. This successful business, along with others along the way, led Tim to become an avid car collector. His collection is now almost 100 cars strong.
Tim always says that “every man has a favorite car” …his is a 1935 Auburn Boattail Speedster he purchased in 1992 at an auction in Indiana. He has shared his cars for the past 20 years with many car shows bringing in numerous trophies. Tim’s dream was to always share his cars with the public and now his dream has come to reality with the opening of the Jordan Family Classic Cars and Hot Rod Haven Storage facility.
