Facility Rental Pricing
Standard 4 Hour Rental – 100-200 Guests – $4,500.00
Standard 5 Hour Rental – 200-300 Guests – $6,000.00
Stage 8’x12′ – $500.00
Security Fee – $50.00/hour
Cleaning Fee – $400.00

The Bar
The vintage bar gives your guests a nostalgic and comfortable feeling. We can stock it with beverages of your choice as well as popular favorites.
The Party
The main floor is a versatile space where we can move cars in and out or around the area to work best for your event. Park them along the wall to be more in the background or back them in as a premiere showcase for your guests to mingle.
The Lounge
A comfortable space around the curved glass wall to create intimate conversations or as a comfortable seat to watch the entertainment.
